Whole Goose Foie Gras is the finer of the two types of Foie Gras, and is therefore also more expensive. Nevertheless, it more than makes up for in taste.
Served slightly chilled as spread on toast or oven-warm French bread with a bottle of sweet white wine like Sauternes, Montbazillac, or Bergerac. Add a swee-sour onion or fig jam to highten the pleasure on the palate.
Can be stored for 4-5 years.
Ingredients: Goose foie gras, salt, pepper, spices, sugar.
