Whole Goose Foie Gras is the finer of the two types of Foie Gras, and is therefore also more expensive. Nevertheless, it more than makes up for in taste. You serve it slightly chilled on toasted country bread with a bottle of sweet white wine like Sauternes, Montbazillac, or Bergerac. Can be stored for 4-5 years.
